How it works

Three steps. The whole market.

1

Find your shop.

2

See where you stand.

How many cafes charge less, the same or more than you. Try a new price and see what it would mean for your month.

3

Watch the neighbours.

What the cafes you pick launch and the deals they run, in Counter and in The Weekly Bake every Monday.

Made with owners

Designed at the counter.

Every feature began as a conversation with someone who runs a cafe.

  • Researched in person. We visited 50+ cafes and bakeries to learn how prices are really set.
  • Refined with owners. Price sources, colour-coded maps and a simpler menu all came from their feedback.
  • Always improving. Every suggestion is read by our team. The best ones go live.
  1. No. 01Bakery team

“Where do these prices come from? And when was each menu updated?”

✓ ServedEvery price now links to the cafe’s own menu, with the date we checked it.

  2. No. 02Boulangerie, Jalan Besar

“Great for seeing what competitors charge. But it’s a bit black and white.”

✓ ServedMap pins are coloured now: cheaper, usual or pricier.

  3. No. 03Coffee shop team

“Could the items be a dropdown instead of a long row?”

✓ ServedItems now sit in tabs: drinks, pastries, or all of them.

Asked at the counter.

We showed this to owners before we built it. These were their questions.

“Where do your prices come from?”

From each cafe's own menu. We read it on their website, or we take a photo of it in the shop. Next to every price you can see the date we checked it and a link to that menu.

“Why is it free? What is the catch?”

There is no catch. Counter is free while we start out: find your shop, pick your competitors and use every page, from your prices to their new items and offers. The Weekly Bake is free too.

“So what is the S$20 a month for?”

For what we build next: more items to compare, a message the morning a competitor changes a price, and your prices and theirs over time. You pay nothing today. Join the waitlist and we email you when it starts.

“What if you have my price wrong?”

Tell us and we fix it. Reply to The Weekly Bake, or send us a photo of your menu.

Send your menu

“My shop is not on your list.”

Add it yourself in about a minute: type your shop’s name and postal code, then upload a photo or PDF of your menu.

Add your shop

“I can't just change my prices. Why would I use this?”

Many owners told us the same. They use it for other decisions: what to charge for a new item, what cafes near them sell that they don't, and who is running a discount.

“We sell on quality, not price. But we still check what everyone around us charges.”
